i have recently changed from the shot to the pill. But now im unsure how to keep my period regular. im almost done with a month pack i have 3 pills left but im splotting and im unsure why.

It's sounds like you're having breakthrough bleeding; but it could also be your cycle trying to regulate itself. If it's your first time on the pill, the dosage is probably too low. Wait a few months, and if you keep spotting talk to your doctor about getting a higher dosage.
