I agree with the author. The trick with most of the food is about preparation! - avoid bacon and unhealthy fats...

About the whole grains - choose them instead white (processed) grains - they will make you feel more full and most of all - they are healthier for you - whether you want to lose weight, you have PCOS, diabetes, heart problems, gallbladder difficulties!
