Great article, thank you. There are so many benefits of practicing Pilates, benefits to your body and health stress relief and improvement of your self-esteem. I would recommend it to anyone no matter what age group they are. lots of great tips in this article so once again thank you very much. I like the ballerina exercise above, great for those tight shoulders.
