I'm only 14 years old & after I masturbated a while back I got these cord-like lumps on my penis. They kinda look like veins but I don't think they are. They are perpendicular to the head of my penis & there is 3 of them. The lumps are hard, both when I'm erect and not erect. There are times when they are much more visible than other times. If I push down on them or massage them they seem to get smaller or go away for a small amount of time, but they always come back. They are less noticeable when I have a boner, but when I don't they're very obvious. My penis curves a bit to the left (the lump on the left is larger than the 2 on the right). Also, the lumps are skin-colored. There is no pain or discomfort really, but sometimes I feel kind of like a chilled/cold feeling in or near the lumps. It's hard to describe. I'm really worried, please help!!
