I'm 14 and about a year ago I masturbated a few times in one day. The next day 2 lumps showed up on my penis. The lumps are always hard, it doesn't matter if I'm erect or not. They get smaller if I take a hot shower or apply pressure to them, but they always end up the same size as before. They're cord-like and not circular, also they seem to get bigger after I masturbate. My penis curves slightly to the left now too. The lump on the left is bigger than the one on the right. I have not told anybody yet and I have no idea what to do, please help.
