(im not sure what the biological parts of the penis are, so when i talk about my penis i dont mean the pink part)
Ok there seems to be these lumps on my penis. Some are big some arent, the top part is smooth and it is slighty elevated. When i feel under it its hard and it seems like its a little smaller than a bb pellet. They dont hurt, itch or bleed. But when or if i feel it, it can hurt otherwise they seem like they arent even their most of the time!
These things have spread on my scrotum, on the bottom half of my penis and it has recently spread around the penis (but not on it.
They are flesh colored, some maybe a little brighter than others. Ive had this a while maybe 3 years but this year ive really taken consideration to it, because im starting to worry.
I hoper you can tell me whats wrong asap. Thank you.

the lumps that were big in the first place are still big, the ones that were small are still small. So the dont grow or shrink.
i am younger than 15 and i am to embarrest and nervous to tell anybody about this. I really just want to know what these lumps really are and if they are harmfull and if i should have them checked.
