I'm 14 years old and I've had lumps on my penis for about 6 weeks now. There is 2 of them, one on the left side and one on the right. They are perpendicular to the shaft. They feel hard when both erect and flaccid. My penis does curve slightly to the left, but there is no pain or discomfort. I think it could either be lymphoceles, Peyronie's Disease, or maybe thrombosed veins. I have not visited a doctor or told my parents yet.

It could be a sebaceous cyst too. They are VERY common and usually resolve in a few weeks or so.
Very few guys have a perfectly straight penis. They can curve left, right, up and even down. It's normal.

Veins are a possibility. Many guys have very prominent veins on their penis. Why? Because the skin is very thin compared to the rest of the body.

Would veins feel hard though? I think if the lumps were veins they would feel softer, but I'm by no means an expert. The lumps feel harder than the skin around them for sure. Also, the lumps are not always the same size, or at least they don't appear to be. There are times when my penis looks completely normal and the lumps seem non-existent, but other times they clearly bulge out.

Veins can feel hard, yes. Think about the veins you often see on some athletes and yes, they can vary.
