Hi I'm 25 female and since puberty I have had problems with painful periods, pelvic pains and especially pain during intercourse. I take painkillers like ibuprofen during my period to ease the pain, also if the pain increases I get nausea and digestion problems. Is there anything I can do to make these symptoms go away?

Pain during periods isn’t unusual in women of all ages. Judging by the symptoms you described above I'd suspect it's some form of endometreosis. Endometreosis is a condition in which parts of the uterine lining appear in other parts of pelivical and abdominal cavity and since they don’t belong there they can cause pain and symptoms you described. Endometreosis is considered to be a benign tumor (not cancer, don’t worry) which is totally harmless and isn't life threatening but it can cause infertility if not treated, since it's located on fallopian tubes ovaries and different parts of the uterus and also other pelvical organs. There is no absolute cure for your condition and treatment depends on the stage of the disease. I think you should consult your gynecologist for treatment as soon as possible since any further delay can cause you to become sterile, have him do a laparoscopy to confirm the diagnosis, if indeed this is a case of endometreosis. After that he may suggest proper surgical, hormonal or some other treatment.
