Jesus Christ ladies 8-| It's called natural lubrication. When a mans tool is creating friction from going in and out, the "secretion" everyone is talking about is gonna become thicker. Girls, don't worry. I'm a guy who has seen this same secretion from every woman I've been with a few times. It is normal. I believe you get worried because you think its abnormal when from experience I can say it happens to all at some point. Its just like the queef. My girlfriend gets the creamy white stuff only every once in a while. I can't say I've noticed if it happens one week after or before menstruation. i have this same problem, it doesn't smell like anything and it doesn't hurt to have sex, but i think it happens when my boyfriend starts to really go at it, when we are done the thick white secretion isn't really on me but on the bottom part of his shaft. I think there is some confusion on this thread. A lot of things can be described as white and creamy.
As far as I know, lubrication is transparent, but when it gets thick, it bubbles and takes a white/grayish color, not very much unlike sperm.
That is the stuff that I know... now I was watching a short porno clip and I saw stuff that looks like WHITE PAINT (yes, the type they put on walls). Now that is new.
I dont know what it is. For one thing, it could be caused by some sort of bacteriological imbalance, or if it is smelly, by an infection.
Whatever the cause I wish all will be good. As long as you have no other symptoms and pass all tests, then just take care of yourself (use condoms, do not douche... and all the rest. You should know. I also have serious doubts about oral contraception, it messes with hormones.). You may want to reassure your partner so that he doesnt think that you have an STD or infection. No need to feel ashamed if you're doing your best.

My experience: this is not normal. I'm a 35yr old male. About 5yrs ago, I noticed the woman I was with having this problem. It was a turn off because I didn't want to perform oral sex on her. For me: no oral = no fun. Well.. It's happened with every woman since! Things are fine but then after a couple weeks.. BAM! There it is. Thick, white, and sticky.
