I have the same thing. I don't care if it's natural. And people, please stop saying it's natural lubrication, it's not. It dries the minute it hits the air and becomes dusty and gummy. If it's purpose is "lubrication" it's effing up.

I want to not have this anymore. I'll be enjoying myself and then i feel that c**p between my legs and I jump off the bed and go wash in the bathroom. i have no tolerance for it. This is the first boyfriend this has happened with and its been about a year. He doesn't care, but it is really messing up MY sex life. I'm quite resentful about it. a douche seems like the best option, but honey-- where do you get them? i can't seem to find one with a hose to flush myself out.

SOMEONE who actually has these symptoms and has overcome them please write a reply. Everyone who says it's natural lubrication hasn't experienced this. I know what you ladies are talking about and I'm sick of it. I'm finding a douche and I will report back.

So I have a similar problem if not exactly the same. I have the thick white discharge that most are saying is female lubrication. I have noticed my female lubrication before and it has always been clear as water and has never been white up until a few months ago. Now I'm not talking about frothy white, or clearish white, I'm talking white white, almost like the whites on this page. There is no odor, save for maybe a slight metallic odor from time to time. I have a pretty large skene's gland cyst, so I thought maybe it was due to an infection from that, but my gyno informed me of no such infections. My boyfriend doesn't get turned off completely, but I worry that it makes it unbearable for him to go on. As soon as I see it all over him (which is well before I climax) I become embarassed and pretty much lose my drive instantly. It doesn't happen every time we have sex, but I'd say at least 80% of the time. It would be a relief to me if it was a normal, natural thing, but I would still be unsettled due to the fact that it is extremely embarrassing.

Yes. I notice it a week after my period every time. I appreciated reading ur research on this. I never really had it until my husband (whom is very large) I suspected it was a form of yeast. I started taking acidiphillis pills. Cleared it right up. I believe the other poster about diet. Carbs and simple sugars could b suspect if it happens all the time. The vagina has to have a ph balance and ur diet will throw it off. Try the acidiphillis. It truly works.

I also have the white/thick milky lubricant/moistness during intercoarse w/ no odor, pain etc. I too thought it was just my bodys natural lubrication & it doesnt really bother me at all(until it dries!). My boyfriend finds this very arousing and he gets offended if I dont show the milky substance, as if he's not turning me on. Which is never the case, but he enjoys the xtra slipperyness lol. Im currently in Nursing school & we we're doing the many different kinds of STD's & i noticed on one(Gonorrhea) that it also showed a white, milky substance from the vaginal area but it was accompanied w/ odor and pain. Me and my boyfriend were tested before we had intercoarse and of coarse after I seen that, we went again and got checked-out but we're both fine. My Dr. said its the cervix secreations that most women have so there's no need to feel embrassed or awkward about it. Its completely natural & as long as you Both enjoy this then its just fine! A women on here said her boyfriend finds this very gross and it grossed her out and made her feel awkward. Sweetie let me tell you something, any so called "Man" who makes a women feel anything less than beautiful, is a egotistical bastard w/ a toddler penis! Why would you do that!? You should be greatful she even let you pass her threshold into her temple! Sorry to be so "mad" but women are already selfconcious about things so why would you add fuel to the fire? A "CHILD" like that is not even worth breathing on let alone have intercoarse w/. Women, this white secreation is completely natural so dont stress over it. Remember, every woman is different!

Well if it turns flakey that's a sign of a yeast infection....lubrication fluids don't dry and become flakes if that's the case women who don't wear panty liners should have all kinds of chips falling out of their underwear....he said "funky white stuff"....eww if anything that comes out of the vigina you refer to as funky that's an infection of some sort

Now some women ejaculate which is thicker and tends to shoot out if it's thin and watery.....which is referred to as squirting....thicker ejaculate oozes out it has no smell and doesn't flake

I have the exact same problem, except that the discharge doesn't just occur during sex, although intercourse does make it really noticeable. It's milky white and can be quite excessive. Usually during sex, because of the friction, it comes out in tiny clumps, but otherwise it comes out as a liquid. It dries flaky/crusty. The smell is coppery but not unpleasant. Perhaps for some of you, you might consider if sex is just excavating the discharge??

Like many of the other posts have said, my doctors have told me that it's gynecologically normal. It's so frustrating because I know what my body's always been like, I know this isn't "normal" for me, and I know something so excessive must have a cause. I've had this discharge for a year now, and probably had it tested ten times or more, just to have doctors keep trying to convince me that it's some symptom of my diet or point in my menstrual cycle that will soon disappear. Sometimes I wish they'd just be honest and tell me they don't know what it is, or refer me to someone else who might have more of a clue... It's not that it's particularly disgusting and there isn't any pain or irritation... but it really affects my sexual confidence, and that's when you want to be your most worry-free and uninhibited. I really relate to the woman who said that even though her boyfriend didn't care, the discharge decreased her own sex drive anyway because she was worried and resentful about the issue. It makes me so frustrated that I've tried pretty much everything and have no control over something seemingly so simple. The self consciousness affects my life much more than the discharge itself.

I just wanted to add that if it smells coppery, which mine does, I've read frequently that it's a sign of oestrogen dominance/low progesterone. I don't know if I have a hormonal imbalance so I can't really back this up though. Just something to think about.

Oh and for those of you that mentioned getting a douche, I've often been tempted to do the same myself, but have been told by many many doctors that it's actually really bad for you, because it starts to affect your vagina's ability to self-clean, and can eventually result in a larger build up of discharge.

Please, if anyone has had any success with curing or even minimizing this discharge, whether it was through an eventual diagnosis and medication, home-remedy, dietary change or whether it just got better over time, I would love even the tiniest amount of information. Thanks in advance!!

I experience this as well, my doctor told me after ruling out stds stis' etc and with assorted changes in birth control pills that I have something completely normal lugoria (basically just means lots of cervical discharge! lol nothing seirous just alot) I do notice some pills I have more than others, however it is not really a problem. yes it takes on difference flavors etc, and some times it is tinged brownish My ovulation etc and even the smell flucuates a little, it goes from tasting tangy like lemons to metallic.... the doctor told me that unless it takes on a strange smell I shouldn't worry if I am in a monogamous relationship. the changes in scent and flavor etc (as long as it isn't fishy etc) is completly normal just the way the my body keeps itself clean! and "fresh" I have it alot in varying amounts even as much as tablespoons at a time, I notice it more after sex etc, but it even comes up not during sex! my doctor told me if it gets heavy during ovulation to use a panty liner, stick to cotten underwear, but that it is a completely normal part of vaginal health and not uncommon. My doctor suggested a change in pill if it is too heavy or to go commando at night, as it will tend to slow the amount! but it's a side effect of having a vagina, and that basically it is not unhealthy to keep track of it and if it changes drastically discuss with your gyno, but really unless the qauntity goes sky high or it changes in a very noticible way... it's normal. Every body does it those of us who notice it just do it more. on the plus it is said to help with fertility things later in life, and we are unlikely to experience vaginal dryness or need lubrication! I would try to take showers before sex and wash with washcloth before it it bothers your boyfriend... but it's a part of you, and if he loves you and appreciates your body then he should be able to understand that this is not something wrong with you etc, it is a part of you, just like his sperm and spunk is a part of him! you can't change it! I would add that it is nothing to be ashamed of nor a problema nd I would also add ladies having worked in health education and reproductive health clinics I have to strongly advise against doucheing... this will upset and change the balance and ph of your vagina... it is hormonal yes and that sort of thing certainly does effect taste etc... I would also add girls I know it's unsettling and makes us feel unsexy but the most important thing to being sexy to a man is your confidence! so learn to accept this part of you and let your own sexy shine through... if he doesn't understand it then it is really his loss...

Its a normal sexual secretion that starts when aroused, its not new to women, its just new to those who havent noticed it before. Some women dont notice it because most of the time the lights are out.
also women just now noticing it ask your self if you are more excited than usual, most times its the intensness of arousal.

the white creamy secretion that you see is to also lubricate the vagina.just like when a man gets aroused he releases a self ejaculant to lubricate and its because he is aroused.nothing to be concerned with and alot of guys take it as a turn on.nothing better than to know youre doing youre job.
