From my experience, the only time I get the white creamy stuff is when I have bacterial vaginosis. Mine (neither my vagina nor secretions) has any odor, no itching, no other apparent problems but I'll go to the doctor for a routine exam and I get diagnosed with it. It's been a pain in the butt but that's a whole other store altogether. I've even watched it come out before. It starts out clear and then the friction "froths" it. But like I said, this doesn't happen if everything is normal down there.
The guy who posted before me....I would definitely think your situation has something to do with this. BV is just "bad bacteria" overgrowing the "good bacteria". So in your case it sounds like maybe you are infecting those women. Especially since you said that it starts out fine and then after a couple weeks you notice it. Also, the infection causes irritation in the vagina as well which could explain the sex getting painful after long periods. (last time I was at the doc she said I had a lot of redness and irritation inside. Sex had become a problem right before and I never put the two together) I'm not sure what to tell you as far as a male stand point other than you may want to contact your doctor.
For everyone else, I'd recommend contacting your physician as well. If you do have BV it's just a prescription for antibiotics. (unless you're like a lot of other women who get it recurring! myself included) I hate the white c**p. It's disgusting and embarrassing. Good luck to ya'll!

Hey Everyone, I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND EVERYTHING THAT I AM TELLING YOU I HAVE RESEARCHED ON MY OWN FROM A LOT OF DIFFERENT SOURCES THAT I WILL INCLUDE IN MY POST!
I would like to start out by saying that I am beyond grateful for everyone's posts. I have always had a lot of natural lubrication when I am aroused but for the last couple of years when me and my fiance are having sex I have this white discharge just like everyone is discribing. I have been checked for every STD and infection and everything keeps coming back normal.
I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER!!!
Ladies your progesterone levels are off when you have white thick chuncky discharge with no odor and you have ruled out stds and infections. I'm not sure if your levels would be high or low... everywhere i look seems to change there answer but the hormone progesterone being the cause stays the same, which makes since.
Progesterone is a hormone that is usually high only during menstruation, because it helps cause your body to prepare for you to get pregnant ( which explains why some women only have this discharge during ovulation and not any other time)... You can research and read everything your self if you want to know more....
I found my answers on...
wikipedia.org
Now that I know where to start I'm going to go to the doctors and have them check my progesterone levels because it also explains a lot of other symptoms that I have been having.... check out the sites and let me know what you think... Do you agree or disagree...

I have this problem too, i wouldn;t say it is a problem since it is normal with me, i have always had it, infact the deeper my partner goes the more it comes out, especially if we have not done it for a day or two, to be honest my bf loves it, since he says it makes me extra special :-)
I have been to my doctor he said there is nothing wrong, its just that each woman is different, he said its better to have it, since he cleans everything out, and that is why there is no smell, because i am clean, so i wouldn't worry about it any of you.
I hope everyones partner is accepting as mine it makes everything so perfect.

I have noticed the same thing. I also ran to the doctor the first time i noticed it. My doctor told meI had no infections and everything was normal. Its just your vagina doing what it is suppose to do....You just have a "wet" vagina. I was really self conscious about it, but my boyfriend loves it. He says it turns him on, even though i still wish it didn't happen...

Came across this site through google, because like the other guys posting I've noticed this with a few girls & was curious what it was.
+ 1 to it being a turn on, I really like it. If you have it you're lucky. Don't worry about it!

Couple of the girls I slept with in college had this. The one I dated consistently had this and I thought it was a turn on because I knew she was getting excited and into it. No smell or bad taste that I can remember (been a few years)... If your guy is having an issue with it, get another guy.

this is very normal. I am 9 inches and quite thick. Every girl I have ever been with creams. Its usually after deep penetration where everything is filled up. Every single girl I have been with creams and I have been with quite a few. It happens with or without a condom. I know she is enjoying it when I see that. Every guy who is into pleasing women knows about the cream. To me it suggests a snug fit and I'm basically pushing that liquid out. I actually feel it come down, its definitely coming from the cervix area. If you get a guy that hits the right spot it will happen

I have the same thing. I hate it because I'm always afraid to sleep with anyone new or that they will think I have something. My PCP and my gyno told me that it's normal but it's embarrassing. Some guys get all weirded out by it. Condoms make it worse, I only get it from penetration and it dries me out really bad when i do have sex. I hate it. I wish someone could tell us how to get rid of it!

I also have the exact same thing. In my opinion this is not normal. Unfortunately my family doctor is completely unhelpful and says unless I have an STD (which he tested me for), that there is no problem . I asked to be referred to a gyno as I also get frequent BV infections (thin, watery, and FOUL smelling discharge) but he will not refer me. Anyways, my discharge is thick, creamy, white (faint smell but nothing like the BV smell), and ONLY comes out during intercourse. The weird part is that it comes out from the minute my bf penetrates me. It is sticky and if we have intercourse too long then it begins to dry up and become gross and more sticky which is obviously not the type of lubrication either of us want. I have no pain during intercourse, no pain during urination, etc. I am on birth control (low dose) and have been using the same birth control for 2 years. I have not taken any medication and not changed my diet. Like I said above I know this is not normal. I have been sexually active for 12 years and have never had a discharge like this. It started about three weeks ago. I am embarrassed, frustrated and also becoming turned off of sex. If anyone has received better information or has a helpful gyno, please let me know. Thank you!

my girlfriend has the same issue. It is due to a combination of two things, lack of hydration (dehydration), and it is one of the vaginas defense mechanisms, it is a very simply very common cause to this. let me explain...
"H2O is a vital source of our very existence, our blood is 95% H2O, water also helps each and every one of our organ systems basically do thier job. As for the case of the thickened whitish vaginal secretions (which i believe are normal) this is due to there being a higher concentration of pyridine, squalene, urea, acetic acid, lactic acid, complex alcohols and glycols, ketones, and aldehydes (these are all primary "ingredients" in vaginal lubricant)..Tanyways, there is a higher concentration of these bodily chemicals rather than body water in the vaginal fluid. There fore, this would cause a thicker secretion with a whitish or cloudy tint (somewhat resembling male ejaculate)... dont worry girls there is nothing wrong... but here is a list of things to watch out for and things that are normal.
P.S.
While vaginal discharge can sometimes be cloudy, your understanding of what's normal needn't be! Discharge is common to all women and helps vaginas stay healthy by regularly flushing them out and maintaining their pH. Most women have some vaginal discharge throughout their menstrual cycle — even very young women who have not begun menstruating can have vaginal discharge. It is common to notice some discharge after using the bathroom or to find wet or dried discharge on your underwear. You can also go exploring and use your fingers to find out what your discharge looks and smells like on any given day. This kind of self-check can be useful — familiarizing yourself with how you normally smell or taste at various times of the month can help you to identify when your scent or flavor is off.
Here are some key ways to determine if your vaginal discharge is normal or if you have cause for concern:
Normal Cause for concern
Color
Clear or whitish discharge (may be yellowish when dried) < >Yellow or greenish discharge, or discharge that suddenly changes color
Scent
Mild scent or none at all << >> A strong, foul, sometimes "fishy" odor, or a sudden change in odor
Texture
vary from "paste" like << >> Clumpy or lumpy discharge, with "cottage cheese" like texture. somewhat sticky to clear and stretchy
depending on where you are in your cycle
and whether you are aroused
Volume
Can vary from very little to quite a lot << >> Sudden changes in volume, particularly if other symptoms are present
(particularly when ovulating or aroused)
I hope this information could help at least one person out there, I am not a doctor I have just studied anatomy and physiology for over 600 recorded hours.

I have experienced some of the same problems, its the white creamy flaky discharge after intercourse. I have been noticing it for a while, it comes and goes. Sometimes, more closer to that particular time of the month. I won't have one day when me and my bf is having sex and then when we go two or three days without sex, it comes back on the fourth day. I notice it more when I eat a lot of sugary foods like coffee, or when I wear darker underwear, but even then it doesn't show up. I have when to my gyno on several occassions no infections and no stds, its really making my relationship a nightmare. I don't want to do, its driving me to depression. Its an ongoing battle, I just want answers. I don't think I can take it anymore. Please help me......

I face the same problem every day of my life, but that is because I'm usually sexually active. EVERYONE'S CORRECT. You can get it checked out, but it is the vagina cleaning itself out. ALSO showing signs of arousal, the female CUM! =) Don't worry, I never ran into guys who did not enjoy this, EXCEPT for ones that are NOT at all well endowed!! =} Big genital men LOVE wetness; more wet >arousal>orgasm! I worried about it too, but deal with it; it's natural! Have a box of tissues next time you plan to get intimate.

I am a healthy lady in my late 20's. I exercise regularly and have no illnesses or STDs. I have been with my boyfriend (and neither one of us has been with anyone else) for 10 years and have always had this discharge during sex. My boyfriend has a large penis and I have great orgasms that I feel all the way down to my toes and am glowing after sex. I am on birth control, but I doubt that the birth control is the main cause of the discharge. I notice that the discharge is white and creamy and occurs during sex or if I am really turned on by my boyfriend. It definitely happens during deep penetration, but rarely happens at other times as well. When first having sex I get a clear discharge and as the sex gets more intense (the way I like it) I can feel myself cumming. I tend to really get into the sex, so I am positive that this is cum. The discharge normally does not have an odor. I do not have any itching or burning sensations or any other symptoms to indicate that there is anything the matter. My boyfriend and I do have some trouble fitting all of his penis in until I am well lubricated, so we both feel better when it is more wet. Therefore, me cumming is a good thing and, luckily, I don't have any difficulty doing that.
I mentioned earlier that my discharge normally doesn't have an odor. This is because, when it does have an odor, it is usually faint and the smell resembles the a strong smelling food that I previously ate. Some strong smelling fruits or vegetables may cause this to happen. I do not consider this to be a cause for concern, because I notice that my sweat while working out and pee also smell kind of fruity or like the strong smelling vegetable too after eating them. The white discharge is creamy and a little sticky, not flaky and about 1/3 of a teaspoon full of it will build up with a whip cream-like texture to it around my boyfriend's shaft. I notice that I don't cum as much if I'm dehydrated and cum more when I'm more excited and the week before my period. I have been to the gynecologist just to make sure that everything's ok and all test results found out that there was nothing wrong with me.
I'm also a Biology major in school. There is not a lot of information or definitive studies out there on female ejaculation. Therefore, I would say that, if you are worried, you should talk to your doctor and get tested for STD's. If no problem is found and you aren't experiencing pain or any other concerning symptoms aside from ejaculating during sex or when you're really turned on and squirt, you shouldn't really worry about it.
For all of those women out there who's boyfriend are giving them a hard time about their cumming, I say that you should tell your boyfriend to either get over it or get lost. It's not like men always smell like roses and they squirt all over the place. Ball sweat is not a very sweet smell, but I don't generally hear many women complaining about it. Besides, the guy is obviously not very understanding and is ignorant if he's going to give you a hard time. Having the right attitude is important to having good sex.
