I have been freakin out about my period. I have been taking cymbalta for almost 4 months now and I have not had my period for the last 2 months. I'm so glad to know that I am not the only one struggling with this. The medication has really changed my life. I've taken 5 pregnancy tests....all negative. I had a tubal pregnancy 13 years ago and i didn't have a period then and all tests came back neg. I only found out I was pregnant when my tube ruptured. I have been totally freaked out thinking I was going through it again but reading everyone else's posts has made me feel much better.

I have been on cymbalta a little less than a month starting it after my last pd dr says will not affect bc but im 7 days late planning on taking hpt this week I'm 27 and a full time nursing student I also have experienced the loss of appetite huge butost days I feel so much better less nuero muscular pain alot less depression and not as severe pmdd sypomtoms but really fell like spazing im always regular almost to the day and other than 3 or 4 days of light spotting and normal moods of less severity I'm a little scared and anxious is anyone else having this?

I'm at the point of my cycle where I'm ovulating. I've noticed that I'm spotting which I've never done until taking cymbalta. I haven't taken it long enough to see how it effects my period. One other symptom I've experienced is severe constipation.

I was on cymbalta for 6 straight years (no breaks) and it'll be 3 years I'm November that I stopped taking it. I've had irregular periods and horrible anxiety since. I've been trying to get pregnant for 2 years and have had no luck. This pill was a blessing and a curse at the same time.

I see you posted over a year ago and am wondering when things returned to normal? I was fine on Cymbalta but since going off 2 months ago I've had horrible cystic acne and no period!! I've had my hormones tested, been to the dermatologist...everything appears it should be fine yet it's not/nothing has helped. I'm at my wits end with this acne-I'm 37 years old and feel like as long as I don't have a period then something is messed up!

I have weaned myself off of Cymbalta as it totally messed up my hormones! I have now been off of it for nearly 2 months and my last 2 periods have been next to nothing. My breasts are larger, and all the acne it caused me at 41 years old is gone. I gained at least 10lbs and that's diminishing slowly. This drug is clearly no good for anyone.
