Trials carried out on students at Toft Hill Primary School in Bishop Auckland showed that consuming a daily dose of fish oils boosts exam performances in children.

Twenty-six pupils from this school have been taking a daily dose of the fish oil supplements for a year.

In English subject, 68 % of the pupils were expected to achieve the national average. However, a year after taking the supplements, 92 % managed to meet the required standard. In maths, while the 78 % were expected, 92 % met the national average.

Regular fish oil consumption also led to outstanding improvement in the concentration and behaviour and exceeding expectations. Further more, the school stuff reported the whole atmosphere in the school being more positive and focused, not just in academical terms but in physical and social skills too.
