well im 18 years old.
and i just started having this gross brown discharge, i'm not sure what is causing it.
I'm on BC called YAZ for about 2 months now, so i dont think it's pregnancy, BUT i do tend to miss pills sometimes, but lately i've been doing alright.
i did previously have a yeast infection but my GYNE gave me anti-biotics and the problem went away. A few weeks after i got my period, after my period was done me and my bf decieded to have intercourse (bcuz i made him wait til my infection was over and my period, so he was dying for it. sorry i know, toomuchinformation.)
but when we had intercourse it was very sore n uncomfortable, like it was my first time having sex, and it felt like he was ripping me....and i've been with him for 2 years and it never felt like that even the first time i had sex it didnt feel this bad.
and after that my lips were kinda swollen but it went down. i thought maybe it was just because i've havent had sex in a while....so we decieded to try again but it was still uncomfortable...not as much as the night before but still kinda painful, the next night again...but this time there was a little blood. not a lot just very little.
after that, thats when i started having this gross brown discharge.
and its been happening for a week so far.
and now its starting to irritate my vulva? (the outer lips) and its itchy and has little bumps on it.
but after i shower, it goes away and isn't irritated anymore.
but still the brown discharge remains.
what's going on??
many girls have told me that it could be the YAZ birth control's side effects or something, because many girls had that happened to them, but i dont think it iched.
other people told me pregnancy but i really dont think so.
i called my doctor and she said that its old blood coming out and told me that if it lasts longer than one more week i should call her.
im kinda worried because my last period was about 2 or 3 weeks ago, why is old blood coming out only now? O_o
