Okay so I guess I should give you a little background on this. December 3rd I got Nexplanon inserted then had unprotected sex exactly a month later. a couple of weeks after that I started spotting, which turned into a period, that DIDNT stop!! I had a period for 4 straight months until my doctor put me on a low dose of oral birth control which stopped the bleeding! then a couple weeks passed, I had a normal period, and life was good. but for the past 2 or so weeks I've had this really gross discharge. sometimes it does look like old blood which occasionally happens to me after periods, but then sometimes it's a lighter shade of brown and the only thing I can compare the consistency to is baby poop. (ew, but obviously that's not what it is) this hasn't happened and has never lasted this long. any idea what it could be caused by?
