ive had a feeling i was pregnant for a while, and i assumed it was cramps from that.
then i woke up about 2 or three hours later with horrible cramps like ive never had before. i could barely walk. i was extremely dizzy and lightheaded and my arms and a couple of other body parts had gone completely numb. i was also overheated. my mom said i look extremly pale. then , a huge redish grayish sack (about 3 inchs all the way around) came out of my vagina. i was bleeding for about 4 more hours, and woke up completely fine with a light headache.
could i have miscarried ?
i also recently got of birth control, could that have effecteded it?
(the reason i got of the birth control was because i thought i was pregnant.)

That happened to me when i was quite a bit younger. I remember sitting on the floor in the living room watching television, when all of a sudden a hugh gush of blood just poured out of me. I ran into the bathroom and while trying to pull my pants down the blood was running all over the place. I sat down on the toilet and the largest clot i have ever seen splashed into the toilet water.
I remember it was very dark, but i noticed some white and grey material mixed into it. I also remember feeling crampy a few hours before that happened.
I was young at the time and my mom freaked on me. I was 16 and sexually active with no protection. She dragged me to the Doctor the next day and he confirmed thru blood tests that i was pregnant and that was a miscarraige.
So, in my case it was a miscarraige. Your situation sounds pretty much identical to mine.
I'm sorry for you. You may want to make an appointment with your Doctor and have yourself checked out. He will want to keep documentation in your records.
