My periods have been irregular since I first got them 10-15 years ago. They range anywhere from the regular cycle to up to two or three months apart. My last period was almost three months ago. I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend three weeks or a month ago, and I am worried that I am pregnant. I'm positive that he didn't come inside of me. I haven't had any bleeding or pregnancy signs, but I overthink everything and am paranoid. I don't want to get tested because I'm nervous and I don't want to tell anyone about us even having sex. Do you think I'm pregnant or just paranoid? (I went to the gyno twice to get birth control, but they denied me because I have high blood pressure, I'm on medicine for it.)

Look, it can be really tricky.

In one hand, you have irregular periods, and on the other hand, you have intercourse but still, you don't want to be pregnant. Now, I think that you are paranoid, but you really should do something about this - because you will always ask yourself are you pregnant or you are just late.

But, if he didn't cum inside, you really should not be that scared about pregnancy, because there are small chances for it.

To be sure, you should do the pregnancy test. You should also visit your gynecologist because he can help you find the cure about this irregular periods.

Good luck!
