Hi there,

two weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I was seeing. I was the first person to have unprotected sex with her and that was my first time in general, anyways, after it somehow there was a cut on my frenulum.
I kinda panicked but rushed home and tried to stop the bleeding with some
hydrogen peroxide and alcohol (stung like a b***h) and I applied some polysporin to the cut anyways it finally subsided and I thought that was that. I kept an eye on it for the next couple days and it seemed OK so I masturbated and it seemed fine but I applied some more polysporin just to make sure it would heal. A couple days later I masturbated, and then the next day I noticed a couple little red spots on my glans, smegma, and that it seemed a lil harder to retract my foreskin (as in dryness or something). The urethra has been slightly sensitive and I dont know if its my own paranoia or not but perhaps a lil red and irritated as well.

I don't want to rush to my doctor's and whip out and ask him what's up and I'm quite nervous that this is something serious. I'm thinking it's just irritation and I need to stop masturbating for a bit

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I think you have a fungal infection:
you killed off the bacteria that normally live on your penis
and left it fertile ground for fungus to move in.

Just in case you should go see a doctor

But the treatment for a fungal infection is nystatin (prescription)
For over the counter you can use miconazole (generics available
in most drug stores and even supermarkets). It is the active ingredient
in Monistat, Micatin and Lotramin...among others

But best just to buy the miconazole

Its from the polysporin. Its nothing to be worried about.
