Have you considered that you were unwell at the time of the test. An EEG just records the electrical activity of your brain. This cannot give you diarrhea or pain in your ovaries any more that someone recording your voice would.

If you were asked to hyperventilate then you have your answer. Also the strobe light will disturb your visual cortex a bit. Both symptoms are a normal response.

In my 20 years of performing EEG's I have never caused a seizure during the process. I have tested about 1200 patients/year on average and many of them have epilepsy. The EEG does not set of the seizure. The epilepsy condition does.

I guess having your photo taken must cause serious side effects too as an EEG just records the electricity your brain constantly makes throughout your life.

An EEG does not cause problems it detects them. Have you considered other reasons for you problems.

Sorry to hear that you can't walk but this has nothing to do with EEG testing which only records the electricity your brain makes.

How can having a few wires on your head cause a stomach pain or headache? That is like saying my car would not start after i had an EEG.
