I agree with 90kidsi, I think it's about relaxation and your mind. I find it much easier to come if my girl gives head, then follows with the hand, but if it's just one or the other I can become pretty stressed about why I'm not harder, why I'm not enjoying it, etc... it's no wonder we don't enjoy it as much when we're thinking about it all the time! Maybe talk to your partner about it, express how you feel. I'm sure they will be understanding and maybe it will help you relax more.
