Erection problems, numbness and cold feeling, is something wrong?

Hello people, I'm glad to have found this forum and I am hoping that I can get some answers for not one but a what seems like a whole host of problems that have hit me recently. To just clear it up straight away, I AM going to book an appointment with a physician very soon but I also want this thread for possible answers too.

I find all this very hard to explain, so I am going to go ahead and list the symptoms that i am suffering right NOW.

Symptoms

Physical

- Lack of libido
- Numb/ even cold feeling flaccid penis at times
- Tingling sensitive sensation in the very tip of my penis, is very pronounced after ejaculation
- Sketchy morning erections (at the moment of typing, the last two days I haven't had one, but the week before that I was getting them just fine, although the period before that week I was having trouble for months
- A feel of 'beating' in penis tip, this also travels through around my anus at times

Skin on penis and scrotum

- Red bumps emerging around tip of penis
- Red dots sometimes appear almost 'inside' of penis tip, there very small (I am circumsized) the bumps have an eczma like shine, very much like my scrotum did but I got cream off a doctor very recently which sorted a majority of that out, although I still get an itchy scrotum

Other information:

I have suffered what i believe to be minor eczma on the scrotum for many, many years which has never bothered me, but like I said the eczma like shine is appearing on the tip of my penis.

I have taken the hair loss drug propecia in the recent past and suffered sexual side effects, they went away a month after quitting.

I have taken the social drug mephedrone/ mkat which has given me erectile dysfunction a day after

I have had 3 sexual partners but have never had any problems like this, the only girl i currently have sex with is my ex who has slept with another boy recently.

I have recently developed very fast spreading back acne? is this a wider sign of problems?

So can you help?

I have basically just listed as much relevant info as I can there guys, does anybody have any idea what could be wrong with me? and what i should tell the doctor? I am thinking tell them everything I can and ask to be refered to a urologist and to get some blood work done, also is there any chance this could be an STI?

Any help will be appreciated, along with early balding, these problems have really begun to deteriorate the quality of my life over the last year. It's almost as if I feel I am turning into a freak, when I used to be so proud about myself and have great self esteem.
