hey, i am curious if this normal, after i urinate, there is always excess urine after i finish. I used to masturbate quite abit, but now i have been trying to stop, i havnt masturbated in 5 days, and i'm hoping the excess urine thing will go away, and if i pull the foreskin back slightly so its not covering the whole, there is often two streams of unrine come out, so i nip the front of the foreskin together so it comes out in one line, why is that?

also, i have had a rash for a year now on the inner right and left side of my thigh and on my balls. it hasnt been like that for a year but its gotten worse becouse i've kept sratching, i've been putting cream on it for the past few weeks and it has seemed to got better, but sometimes i just have to scratch and it makes it worse again, what could it be?
