My name is Shyamala and I am 28 years old. Married and have no child till now. I am over weight (107Kgs). I have undergone two abortions (Natural).

I have a multiple intra mural fibroids in my uterus and
Iam suffering from Sciatic nerve pain in my right hip and leg which is associated with disc prolapse. I undergone full course of physiotherapy treatment and homeo medicines and now the pain is getting better. But, if i start doing exercises or even brisk walking the pain relapses.

I really want to get rid of this pain and my overweight, without which my conception is not possible. Please help me in this regard, please.
