Been knocking on doctors for years to findout a cure for this interesting life-waster problem.
I started experiencing this problem when i started excessive ejaculation around at the age of 17. My facial shape started to change, i had mass pimples appeared and entire face is changed as '' fat looking, full of pipmples and very oily''
From that day i'm making researches from every kind of resources, but could not succeed yet about this freaking problem.
The reactions i could spot so far;
After masturbation; face starts to get swollen and having open pores for at least 3 days, and it loses its glow. After 3 days or so, it starts getting tightened and flashy again.
Redness is commonly up.
Eyes are hurt, and sometimes i get panda eyes.
Generally feeling tired, Quality of sleep is so low, when i wake up i see myself even more swollen.
The cures i tried;
Ice cubes or cold water on face for sometime - doesnt work but only makes me look more reddish. Also leads to irritation because i have very sensitive skin.
Drinking lots of water in the day - Don't know if it works or not but it seems thats not a major solution for this.
Losing weight and diet - basically i am 180 cm / 5.9 Feet and 79 kg / 174 lbs now. I was 89 kg / 196 lbs 6-7 months ago. Loosing weight helped a bit on the entire shape but not as much as i see myself on my normal pictures. Maybe Weight-Height percentage is still high for me, im trying to go down at 70kg / 154 lbs and will be seeing the changes.
Everyday sports - Helping the get rid of oil on skin after performing 1-2 hours walk- run - swim and bicycle training. But could not see a major change on the shape yet.
Can this be a facial fat that is hard to erase ? Or a kind of fluid - edema sits on the face? Or just side effects of masturbation and weight based problems?
