my mother has been taking methatrexate for the last year but recently stopped after she had a chest infection and course of antibiotics and then was worried about taking methatrexate again. However besides her pains all now reoccuring she is so extremely tired and nauseous. Whilst she thought the drug wasn't helping her, maybe it was as she feels to terribe now. Has anyone else experienced this?

It sounds to me like the drug that she was taking definitely was helpful. I sthere any way she can go back on it. I am sure that she is somewhat anxious but it sounds to me like it was doing her some good. Are you able to convince her to get back on it?
