Having nightmares is commonly related to lots of stress that person is experiencing, daily. But, since you are in menopause, it is possible that nightmares can be partly related to it. How? Woman in menopause is more sensitive than she used to be. If stress level is the same, as it was before, your defense forces are no longer able to protect you. That is why you are having nightmares often. Maybe some kind of help, like medications or support group, can help you deal with this.
