Would there be possible pains periodically in your heart??

I've had these episodes for five years now. Been to as many doctors as I could they didn't do anything. Got blood work taken nothing would come back. Now I don't get them too often but when I do it's awful but what I find helps is once your feeling dizzy if you can squat to the ground and put your head between your knees. This is the only thing that secures me from not fully fainting or getting more bruises on my face.

Go to your School nurse. Have her call mom and request you see a family doctor . Is your mom not concerned or is it an insurance problem? Schools have doctors for sports exams. They can check you out!!

My doctor told me it was a lack of sodium in my diet. He said I know it's odd for a doctor to tell someone to eat more salt but your young and the fainting is caused by low blood pressure along with the fainting narrowing blackout vision and shaking like someone having a seizure the only known fix that works for low blood pressure is salt and stay hydrated. I was tested for anemia, epilepsy, diabetes, carried a heart monitor around for a couple weeks and had my brain scanned in all sorts of ways . my doctor was wonderful and made sure to weigh out all the options and that's what it narrowed down to. Reccomended me to use sea salt.

My vision going black after standing up has been happening occasionally for the last decade or so for me. Ive lost consciousness from it a couple of times but mostly I stay conscious and regain my vision in a few seconds. Only recently these episodes started getting worse where my arms and legs start twitching too. The weird thing is I've noticed that the worst episodes happen when no one else is around.. Makes me wonder if there's a psych component to it? Anyway, I had talked to my doctor about this a few years back and she told me to increase my water and salt intake..

What you described in your comment is exactly what happens to me. It occurs usually right after I get up from sitting on the couch or sitting wherever in general for long periods of time.
