the same thing has been happening to me for several years so i went to the cardiologist and i got diagnosed with syncope. when you get up, try to get up slow as it helps to not get dizzy. i also have low iron & low sugar. as for the fainting part, when you feel like you’re gonna faint, put your head in between your legs so that the blood can flow to your head and also drink gatordate and eat something sweet. i recommend you also go see a cardiologist

I so relate! I’ve been having spells like these for over a year and a half, I’ve blacked out multiple times. Like i could be walking and my vision goes blurry to the point where i can’t see anything, i start shaking a lot, and even if i want to say something like help i can’t. And i usually hold onto whatever’s close so i don’t fall and sometimes the spell goes away after a few seconds but most of the time i fall. I actually just had a spell a few minutes ago and i was holding onto a door but i fell through it and smacked my elbow on something and i was so confused after it like i forgot why i was up to begin with, and the doctors haven’t been helpful about it lately.

This could be due to a heart condition. One symptom of a heart attack is shooting pain in the right arm. You may want to get checked for a heart condition.

same thing started happening to me about a month ago and again a week ago, its from blood not being able to reach the brain quick enough when u stand up, if it happens again or you start seeing black after standing up just crouch down and stay crouched for 10seconds until the darkness goes away and you wont shake

42 year old male. Had these spells a few times a year for last decade. Last few years have been getting worse. During workday (desk job) getting up and down from sitting I can have 6 or more episodes a day. Mild ones are just right leg shaking. Major ones are right leg shaking and right arm shaking with loss of grip. My spells always last less than a minute, then I can walk again.again. Very scary, but kind of get used to it. Had blood tests, MRIs, seizure studies done and everything had come back “normal”. Not having an answer is the hardest part. I now carry a cane with me. Feels dumb when not having a spell, but is a lifesaver when I do. Also have general nausea and pressure type feeling in head afterwards. Occasionally even have a visual aura affecting vision for 30 minutes.

Exactly my experience too, I have been having it for years and have fallen to the floor still convinced I am falling. I have approached doctors a couple of times about this but they did not feel that concerned so I have lived with it. Still, it is still frightening especially as it is getting worse.

You''re not alone. I have vasovagal syncope. Now, I'm blacking out for quick periods of time that last shortly. Then I jump as if I'm falling and suddenly open my eyes. Could be in the middle of the day, at night. Doesn't matter if I have wine with dinner or not. Just another challenge.

Same here, ever since last summer I have been experiencing extreme dizziness as I stand up. I stand up everything goes black really quick and then all of a sudden I start shaking uncontrollably and it feels like it lasts for ages. I’ve not been to the doctor yet but looking to go
