I have that too. But not as severe as yours. I stand up and 15seconds later I start shaking and fall to the ground. My vision goes blurry and I can't stop shaking for 30seconds to a minute. I've had it for about 6months but just this past week it's gotten worse.

I am 10 years old and yesterday my mom was making cupcakes in the kitchen and I was just standing there watching Netflix on my phone but a couple minutes later my vision gets shaky and then I fall onto the floor with my vision blacking out, after I fell a couple seconds later my vision got better, my legs were tingling and my arms were also. I then realized that was on the ground, my mom was standing right next to me asking if I was okay, I then told her what happend and she's taking me to the doctors soon, how long will this continue for?

Lack of food, low bp, lack of energy. Eat properly. Easier said than done. Eat three full meals a day and dont sit on your ass all day

So I just finished up with an episode of which I stood up after I had lyed down for only a few seconds and then I begun to shake (or feel as though I was shaking) and became dizzy, and I lost all feeling in my body but was still able to hold myself up against a wall. While this was happening my vision also became blurred and after the episode ended I had a momentary lapse in memory of what just happened (I am 16). These types of episodes had begun a few weeks ago, which coincides with talks with my parents about me moving from my moms house to my dads house who is in a different state. It is my choice but I just feel as though the stress between making that choice might be partially behind these episodes.

It is probably just lack of oxygen in you r brain or low blood sugar.

Yeah, same. But also this is cause by lack of water, lack of sleep, lack of oxygen in your brain and low blood pressure (their is other stuff but I can't remember it right now).

That happens to me all of the time too and my doctor tested me for a bunch of things but they all came in clear but she just said try eating more dairy and and try getting up slowly because if you get up to fast the blood doesn't flow to your head fast enough, but I don't know what else to do other then that because I'm not a doctor.

Thank you so much this helped me understand what the heck is happening!!! I am 17 and I have experience the same things over a year now and I just had one this morning, the electrolyte rich diet helped decrease the amount of episodes I have. Thanks again!!

This has been an off and on problem for me for around 6 years now, it seems to get worse with stress. I've always panicked as my father is epileptic. It's frightening as you can sometimes feel them come on but it happens so quickly, so I try hold on to anything I can ASAP to prevent me falling. I've fell out shower and smacked my head off toilet basin, I've fell and hit my head against window cill in middle of night, can be so dangerous. The spasms I can deal with cos I know they'll inevitably pass even if they do hurt. Try standing up slowly ie sitting up first. You're not alone on this x

Hi I also have this problem, I am 15, when you stand up and you have hyperextended knees and you rest them standing up by bending them, it cuts blood circulating from your knees down. Try to take iron supplements and try resting your knees without bending them, this may also help if you take salt supplements and also drink a gallon of water a day. I know that that sounds crazy and you will piss like crazy, but trust me.
Hope this works

Hey so idk if you ever found out about this or anything, but on the off chance you haven't I would look into POTS. I had all of those symptoms upon standing (still do if I forget my meds or am dehydrated). I've been diagnosed for about four (almost five!) years now with the according treatment, and it's been so great to be able to do things again. Getting a diagnosis took forever, but it's been totally worth it. Hope everything works out for you!!!
