heavy pain from piles. I think they are external

I think I am suffering from this piles desease . It is external I think. I'm feeling very shy to tell about this to my parents because it has been from a long time . First I thought I will manage myself and will cure it because it used to come and go like process. I suffer from high pain for 8-12 days then I feel free from this for a month. I tried to tell parents but every time I deny and think it will go but now it's high time ..It's almost more than one one and half year. Thanks
