hello i think im pregnant

Hi im 22 years old and i have a 3 year old baby, since i had my child after that i started getting unregular periods; Today which is OCT 18 2012 im 46 days from my first day my period satarted which was SEP 2 2012 am usually 35 Days from my first day i start my period to the next first day of next month. I think i might be pregnant its wiered because i have a week dreaming im pregnant and i have the sansation im, but yesterday which i went to the clinic to do a pregnacy test it came out negative , i have no symptoms of pregnacy but with my first baby i had no symptoms during all my pregnacy only the missed period but when i was 2 months i went to do the pregnacy test and it came positive, but i was already 2 months and 2 weeks pregnant that was with my first baby. Now i think im pregnant i am not trying to get pregnant but i dont take any pills or anything my husband just doesnt inject inside me, but on the 29 th he kind of came a lil inside and i tried to push out, it was a week before my period was suposed to start i know that you dont get pregnant right away it takes atleast 18 days to really be pregnat after u did sex and some girls still dont have enough hormones to tell if your pregnant by a home pregnacy test or even by blood test. So i think im pregnant im just probably just a week pregnant and i know i dont have enough hormones to show that iam pregnant so i might have to wait a lil longer to know if i am. Ill post later on so you guys could see if i am actually pregnant so if you are trying to get pregnat have a missed period remember it takes 18 days so you are really pregnant after you had sex so count 18 days plus give your selfs 2 weeks after those days for your body to get enough hormons to tell your pregnant.
