I had a banding done on 2 hemarrhoids just over 2 weeks ago.
The initial pain and discomfort was quite bad but i survived it. However, the pain/discomfort seems to have returned a couple of days ago and seems to be increasing. (I have experienced some blood along with bowel movements since the banding) Should this be happening?
I know that the hemarrhoids eventually drop off but am unsure as to whether this would be accompanied by pain (logically one might expect it but then Im not a doctor!)

I'm having red blood and blood in stool 11 days after second banding of hemorrhoid. I'll call gastroenterologist but wondering if this is a normal complication of banding?
