I recently had a thrombosed external hemorrhoid lanced, it took away the large part of the hemorrhoid pain but I still have lingering pressure in the area, the hemorrhoid is still there, same size, but it doenst hurt as bad. There seems to be alot of pressure pushing out, like there is a bowel movement on the verge of comming out and my anus seems like its stuck in a pucker like state, but every time I try and move my bowels I get nothing but a little blood and mucus.

it was lanced 2 days ago, my bowl movements were so painful before the lancing that I stopped eating 2 days before it so I wouldnt have another bowel movement. since i had it lanced I had one small bowel movement and it was almost as painful as it was prelancing.

I'm still afraid to start eating again these movements are so painful. is there anyone who can offer advice or tell me what the hell is going on down there. how long will it take before I can use the bathroom without crying? since the hemorrhoid hasnt shrunken any does that mean the lancing was ineffective and the rhoid is growing back already? Is the pressure I feel down there normal? please please help
