Hopefully I am Pregnant. What do you think???

I am now 9 days late for my period. I had a very tiny amount of light pink spotting 3 days ago and then a tiny bit more the next morning. My periods are very regular. The 14th or 15 of every month. I have had some cramping, been very tired, and slightly nauseous. My breasts were only sore for a few days and now they are not. I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago. It was the one with two lines on it. One line was really dark and the other one was really light. It was there though, barely. Sometimes I feel like I am getting my period so I go to check and it is a little clearish white mucous instead. I plan on going to the doctor at the beginning of next week if my period is still a no show. Could I be prego though?? I am hoping so!!!
