I know about the exercises called the jelqs. The problem is that you need to do this workout for at least 1-2 years everyday in order to see any results.
You do them every day for about half an hour. The penis should be semi erected but before that you need to take a warm bath in order to get the blood into the penis. Then you encircle the base of the penis with your hand, so that the blood wouldn’t escape. And then you move your hand toward the end of the penis, like milking it. I have been jelqing and using stretching techniqes for approximately 3 months and have increased my penis size by 3/4 of an inch. Of course with anything there are variations from person to person, but it is true that you can lengthen you penis by stretching the suspensory ligament that restricts the length of your penis. Hi there! Can you tell me how long you had been doing it before you saw any results?
I tried performing jelqs but it lasted for about two months, then I quit. I couldn’t put my mind to doing it every day especially because I wasn’t sure of the outcome.
Have you been doing all these exercises or just the one you mentioned?
I ran into all this info online but I was wondering if you maybe had a scientific “prove” or a medical book or similar source from where you got these exercises?
Another reason because I stopped with jelquing was that I started to experience pain at the glans during sex and I wasn’t sure if it had anything to do with my exercises.
