So like a 1 or 2 months ago my bf fingered me and then when i went to my doctor i found out i had UTI (but that was when I was a virgin).. last week I lost my virginity, then this wednesday me and my bf had sex.. It was unprotected but he didn't cum inside me because it was pretty quick, and then just this thursday my bf fingered me but this time it was rough. I was just wondering is it that he fingered me roughly or is it that we had sex that triggered me having UTI ?! How do I avoid having UTI if I still wanna continue having sex? And is it a good idea to take birth control pills.? I'm young and I'm afraid of all these things so please help. thank you.

If you are worried about getting a UTi be sure to urinate befoe and after sex, even if it feels like you don't have to pee, try, also make sure you wash very good after. Hope this helped!
