At your age vagina and surrounding area isn't well developed, besides if this was your first instance - you probably ruptured your hymen and hence bleeding. Ideally this bleeding should stop in few minutes, but if you fingered really rough and you had long nails - chances are you might have bruised your vagina. It may take some time, meanwhile wear extra pads. But, if this bleeding does not stop in few days - it will be prudent to approach a doctor. Good luck
