I think that Fluoride can be used from the birth, in minimal dosages of course. For infants and children up to three years of age, the recommended dosage is 0.1 to 1.5 milligrams. And I also think that the oral hygiene should be taught to kids as soon as possible, that is the only way for them to develop the proper habits when it comes to that type of hygiene.
