how skillful of a doctor the LEEP requires?

I am in stage of CINIII and going to have a LEEP surgery in two weeks. I heard if the doctor takes too much tissue out, it will affect future pregnancy, while if not enough tissue is taken out, diseased tissue will still be staying there... So it seems to me LEEP surgery requires a very skillful doctor. Do I understand it right?
I am a foreignor and don't know if I shoudl go find a more reputable doctor... Thank you for your insight.
