Hymen is a membranous sheath covering vaginal orifice ,
you can't build it naturally !
But why you want to build it again , it does not suggest that you are virgin or not completely
There could be any other reason for hymen tear like Swimming, exercise etc

It is a culture problem.because i'm a Sri lankan girl.Sri lankan culture have a rule of marriage.They are believe a girl without hymen she is a unchaste girl.So it is a big problem of my marriage. I'm not married yet.But how to confirm still I,m a virgin?
