Sometimes if you leave it alone it will go away on it's own, or at least be less visible.
Most guys have it, to some degree. It's not an STD.
You can always ask a dermatologist about it. Just remember that EVERY treatment has risks, even sebaceous prominence removal, and it may cause scarring.
