they are white and apparently causes by out of control hormones or shaving, for the past year i have been shaving my scrotum because i cannot stand having hair down there, the point is it's causing me a lot of stress and worry as it could affect my future sex life as it could be a turn off or just look plain unsightly, i get they are common but they are the size of a bean now, bigger than a pea size. could someone give me some tips for how to get rid of them? a detailed answer perhaps? also i am a 19 year old male, single and virgin. i have posted on many other sites about this and i get either ignored or some bully on there going ''ewww''. hopefully this new site will give me some detailed answers. i have been to doctors too and they said they can't do anything about it. i just want them gone..

They can be removed.  You just need to find the correct doctor.  It may involve surgery.

First off, you need an examination.  There are a number of things that can cause these cysts.  Sometimes it is from an inflammed sebaceous gland.  It may also be due to an infection, folliculitis, from shaving but that seems unlikely from your description.

The cysts can be removed but they may reoccur.  See a dermatologist.
