I did some research on the small little whiteish/yellow bumps all of my penis and they turned out to be sebaceous glands.
I know that they are normal, and completley healthy but they really look awful.
I'm scared that if I go farther with my girlfriend that she will be totally turned off or something by them.
Is there anyway I can get rid of them without seeing the doctor or a dermetologist?

so, did you consult your doctor about this? if I were you, I would definitely be scared of some possible complications if I had this sebaceous cyst removal. maybe I am a coward, but I don't know what should happen in my case to let someone do that with my penis. I would try some natural ways, just to see what can happen. but, it is very important to note that having a risk factor does not mean that one will get the condition. I am not saying that you can have a risk factor after the surgery only, you can have it even if this continues. but I am pretty sure that there is nothing you can do about this problem in this area.
see a doctor and see a dermatologist, but try to find a couple of solutions and opinions.

i have the exact problem and iv had mine for sometime now and im kind of embarassed to go to the docs about it is there any way of getting rid of these things!!!!!!!!

I have them as well and I have been doing some research and there's alot of people saying that if you apply heat the sebum will absorb back into the skin, because the sebum is solidified oil so if you heat the sebum it will liquify and be absorbed by the skin thuse the bumps will go away. It is advised to use a heat mat or a heat lamp would work aswell. For the most effective way is to place on the bumps ( if using a Heat mat) for 15mins a day twice a day and the same for the heat lamp but don't place on just keep it close to the bumps.I have been trying this for a couple days now and I have noticed that the bumps have started going down. im 14 and i have those little bumps all around the bottom shaft and all of the base and around my well sack and they dont really bother me at all but there just annoying and ugly so does anybody know that if you do go to a dermatoligist or a doctor they can persribe something to you or atleast tell you what the hell to do.... oh and about could someone tell me if you can transmit these little bumps to another gril?

Hey man dont worry about them ive had them since i was about 13 to 14 years old and im now coming round to 20 and no you cant give them to your girlfriend there just ugly and i want rid of them tooo :/

The really little ones are nothing to worry about. However, in my experience with a large one suddenly appearing/growing over a few months (not really sure how common or uncommon it is.... i would guess pretty uncommon) it will at one point develop to have something almost like a black head, and then start to appear as if it can be removed... like a pimple. Now I would suggest letting it "brew" like this until it seems like it will easily come out, as you can risk causing an infection if you forcefully try to remove or "pop" it.
Bottom line, leave the groups of little ones alone and let the larger ones take their course or try the idea of using a heat mat a few times a day. Just be very careful if attempting to use heat, you do not want to damage any skin tissue, it is very thin in those areas. It sounds like it would work though, as what I removed from myself was a dark yellowish colored solid little "disc" that looked like oil or fatty substance.

i've read that they are sebaceous glands and that these are were hairs come out of and sometimes the body makes to many of them, i am 14 and have had them since i was twelve and i ahev noticed small hairs coming out of them

I'm going for surgery tomorrow to get one removed. It's not that bad going to the doctor.. They see these things all the time. He said the surgery is minor and nothing to worry about! I just have one cyst that isn't going away and I just got fed up with it and am just having him remove it. Wish me luck! haha.. he said the tiny scar will be farrrr less noticeable than the bump.

Hi, im 13 and I have this thing too I noticed it when I was 10 and thought it was normal so about 30 minutes ago I saw a video on STDs so I looked all of them up and so this sebaceous glands thing and i relized it looked like mine and I literally fainted. but Im really scared about this I know its normal and its not a STD. but im afraid its going to affect my sexual life later on. If theres anything I can do to stop it or atleast make it less noticable that would be a big help.

Ive had this for about 2 years now.. Im 18 and let me tell u i was scarred sh*tless when i got then at first i thought i was going to die... Between then and nowive had oral 2 times and sex abunch of times... If your scared do things in the dark.. Sometimes in the heat of a moment a girl wont even notice...
