I have been reading about Hypertrophy Specific Training. Is there anyone who can explain to me, what is used for? What is the target group of individuals? Is it part of regular training or only as part of preparation for competition? Can I used it since I would like to get some big shoulder with small waist, nice shaped legs and bottom?
