Depending on where you live that could be considered statutory rape. He could go to jail or prison depending on how strict your state is on that. I would search it up if I were you.
Also unless you both really like eachother I wouldn't do it, because there is a big chance that he will stop talking to you afterwards. You should wait until you know its with someone you really like and are in love with. Don't feel pressured to lose your virginity.
