Okay, so I'm 13 . I had sex with a guy who was 19 and I was 12 at the time long story. Mom knows we were together but didn't know about the sex, but my mother has No custody over me, I told my grandmother I was gonna stay at my friends house and went to his. I am now 3 months pregnant and I'm scared to say anything. I am against abortion but I have to take that risk. Will they tell my parents? I need all the info. I can't let any family know!!!!

Depending upon where you live you might need your parents permission. Even if they don't someone will have to pay the costs for an abortion.
The "guy" has a bigger problem on his hands. He's likely going to going to jail very shortly for statutory rape. Even if you said "yes" it doesn't matter. You're a minor and can't give consent.
It's a good thing mom knows, it makes it all the easier for the police, the prosecutor, and the jury.
Time to confess to your mom or whoever has custody of you.
