Ok and when you measured your penis how did you do it? Did you measure along the top and push any extra fat from around the base of your penis to flatten it out and expose more you for penis? Also how long is your penis when hard?

Well I just look down and it’s just small and it’s about like 2-3 in big when it’s hard

Ok so likely the extra pubic fat is hiding a good amount of your actual penis. When you measure measure along the top side of your penis and push the ruler/measuring tape into your pubic area until it rests on your pubic bone… do this for both hard and soft measurements and you will have a more accurate measurement of your real penis length
