So believe it or not 5.6 inches is actually average for an adult male. I know it may seem short but it actually isn't. ... do you have other signs of puberty like under arm, leg chest or facial hair? How much pubic hair do you have (has it spread out to the inside of your thighs yet? Also I would measure the girth of your penis as it may not be as thin as you think..... finally when did you start getting pubic hair and are you over weight at all?

Yes I do have under arm hair and a little bit of side burns, my legs and arms are more hairy than average probably because I am Arab. My public hair has spread everywhere but hasn’t gone to my stomach though. The girth of my penis is about less than an inch. I’m not sure when I started getting public hair but it was near the end of 2018. I am a bit over weight but nothing too serious

Ok so first off I think you may be confusing penis width with girth. To measure girth is to get the circumference of your penis. So take a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and wrap it around your penis mid-shaft. If using a string remember to measure the length of the string that it takes to wrap around your penis. As for your length if you are slightly overweight the expression fat on your pubic area may make your penis seem smaller than it really is.... when you measure length remember to measure along the top side of your penis and press the ruler into your pubic bone to flatten any fat
