Ok I'm sorry this is a little late but I'm a little worried but I over worry about everything :P My boyfriend and I were messing around last week and he came twice, he caught it in his hands and then washed it off. But he then touched his penis (which still had a little/some ejeculate on it as he didn't wash his area after) to put it back in his underwear (sorry if this is too much detail) after this he preceded to touch me 'down there' and I was wandering if that could get me pregnant. I am supposed to start my period today and haven't. Thank you for reading this

Hi well to answer your question honestly yes it could but it would depend on several factor like if you was around your most fertile part of your period how much semen he had on his fingers where he actually touched you or if he fingered you and how wet you was, but I would also say that it is very highly unlikely that your are and its more likely the stress your putting yourself through delaying your period :-)
