I’ve missed 5 pills and currently am on my period

Although that is not a safe way of having intercourse and would have a lot higher risk of pregnancy because he went back inside you after with drawing to ejaculate out side any sperm that would be left in his urethra would get squeezed out in your vagina but seeing you started your period a couple hours after you wouldn't have been fertile at the time.

If you keep missing pills then you won't be protected against pregnancy and should be using condoms  as well if your not trying to get pregnant.

What about sperms having a lifespan of up to 7 days? Does stopping the pill make you ovulate right away?

Sperm will vary rarely still be viable after 7 days on average it's 5 days but with every day that passes after ejaculation the percentage drops.
Even if they did survive for 7 days it still wouldn't be near enough to ovulation to get you pregnant.
As for the question about would ovulation take place straight away if you miss one I can't answer that question but it would increase the chances of fertilization taking place.

Hope someone can help or give me advice!!!!! Today is halloween Oct 31st. I started my period on Oct 1st. It lasted 5 days. Completely normal. I'm not on any birth control.. Around Oct 16th my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. Two days later I started to spot. Very light. Dark red/brown. Went to doctors and she said it just looks like a period and the pregnancy test came back negative. But I've been spotting on and off for the last 2 weeks now. Like a brown ish color. Some days it's a little bit on my pad. And some days it just when I wipe. On oct. 29th I was having back pain and cramps. My period is 3 days late (unless these last 2 weeks of spotting, is really my period coming early.) I took a test home test this morning and it came back negative but I just have this feeling that I'm pregnant. Maybe it's in my head but I just have a feeling. What should I do?

My advice to you would be wait another 2 weeks and if your period hasn't started by then take another home pregnancy test with the first pee you take after you wake up in the morning as that's when the hormone will be most concentrated.
If you have a normal 28 day cycle you could of been fertile any where round the 14 to 16.
